How is everybody? I've been super busy with school and work. I haven't had much time to create. I actually made these magnets well before Christmas time, I just haven't been able to photograph or post. I also needed a new power cord for my laptop, which just wasn't a priority. These magnets are really cheap and fun. I think I only spent $1.06 for the class pebbles at the dollar store. I already had the paint, glitter, and magnets (the magnets came from the kids craft section at walmart).
I had so much fun making these. I wish my cousins had came up for the holidays. I wanted to make some with them.
I used store bought glitter glue, and also made some of my own glitter glue.
The mushroom one is my favorite I think. I even made it look like there was grass beneath it.
The magnets already had a sticky side, but it didn't stick well to the paint and glue, so I ended up super gluing them, which worked out great.
I also had a zebra print magnet, but my mother and sister decided they really liked that one, and took it home. Gotta love family.
Anyway, I'm going to try to get back into the swing of things. Although, if I do it wont last very long with our baby on they way (18 more weeks!).
Keep Smiling. Stay Creative. Get Crafty.
